What we collect

We collect only what you type into the form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the message, and any attachment. We do not gather data from anywhere else and we do not buy it from anyone.

What we use it for

We use it only to answer you, price a quote and handle any resulting order. We do not send marketing without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on steps taken before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who processes it

Forms are delivered by Netlify, acting as our processor. Emails and files are held in Google Workspace. Visit counting is handled by Cloudflare. All three operate under GDPR-compliant transfer terms. We do not pass your data to anyone else and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted within 24 months. Data tied to a customer relationship is kept for as long as Finnish accounting law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to have it ported. Send requests to wilma@coodenstudios.fi. We reply within one month.

If you believe we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no cookie banner.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not follow you to other sites. We see how many times a page was opened and from which country, nothing about individual visitors.

Automated decisions

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
